I use Royal mail for my shipping and the packaging I use is bubbled packages to ensure the jewellery makes its way to you in perfect condition.

The necklaces can be adjusted with the extension chain, this is perfect for layering stacks. The material I use on my clasps are steel or gold plated steel. After showering and being in the sea with body oil the gold plate will eventually fade and turn the silver steel colour. This is one of the reasons I do not use gold plated steel beads in my bead patterns.

All beads are waterproof, including the coconut beads.

Returns and Refunds are accepted as long as the product arrives in good condition and no damage. If you decide you would like to return the item, please ensure the product is sent back with tracking and the freebies in the order with it. If the item is not returned after 28 days of purchase the refund request will be declined.

Please allow up to ten working days for the money to reflect in your bank account as all different banks process refunds at different times.
